As a member of the Verizon Systems Integration and Testing Team, NQA has been ISO 9001 certified since 1996 and has developed tools and implemented processes to ensure the retention of this certification.   These processes include planning and test reporting, definition of requirements and measurement of customer satisfaction.     NQA, in conjunction with Verizon Sourcing, also audits Verizon's vendors to identify weaknesses in their development, delivery and support processes, and to recommend corrective actions.

VNC has won the Verizon Excellence Award (VEA) in 1999, 2000, and in 2002.   The VEA program honors and rewards the extraordinary contributions of those Verizon employees whose achievements in serving our customers, communities and company fulfill the Verizon Promise.   This award is Verizon's highest honor and is a prestigious symbol of employee excellence.   NQA, as a member of the System Integration & Testing team, was also the 2002 recipient of the Verizon Business Unit Excellence award for its excellence in supporting Verizon's corporate goals and objectives.
