Vijay Jain of Verizon NQA highlights critical aspects of Verizon's fiber optic compliance (FOC) program. Attendees enjoyed opportunities to visit our sponsors' displays, and to network during regular breaks between the daily topics.

After speakers present their topics, Chuck Graff opens the floor to questions for this day's discussion panel. Questions and comments from Intel and Canoga Perkins elicit further insights for the audience. This panel consists of speakers from South West Research Institute and Telcordia independent test laboratories, as well as representatives from AT&T/SBC, Qwest, and Verizon.
