Howard Davis is a manager in the Corporate Network & Technology organization. In this role, he directs Verizon’s NEBS compliance programs to ensure network elements conform to established performance, safety, reliability and energy efficiency standards. Verizon’s NEBS compliance process reinforces the physical layer of the telecommunications network, building on best practices borne from decades of industry experience and prudent engineering science. In addition to being a RABQSA certified Lead Auditor, Mr. Davis is Verizon’s NEBS Technical Leader, with oversight for product analysis, standards review and policy development.
